Some month’s ago, Wyoming Stargazing applied to be considered for the Quarter 3 Bags For Change program at Lucky’s. We were accepted! The VOTE opens @luckysmarketjackson this Sunday, April 30th and goes through Sunday, May 7th. The timing really couldn’t be better as we prepare to welcome one of nature’s most renowned celestial experiences of our lifetime, the Great American Total Solar Eclipse on August 21. Wyoming Stargazing, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based right here in Jackson will be dedicating a summer full of on the ground work to inspire the next generation of enthusiasts to protect our night skies and explore the extraordinary in the ordinary.
If @wyomingstargazing win the most votes (I’d like to think when we win the most votes), every time you shop at Lucky’s Market with your reusable bags through August, you will receive a 10 cent wooden dime to donate to WYSG. At the end of the quarter, Lucky’s will double the amount raised to further support Wyoming Stargazing’s public programs and for the future programming at the Snow King Summit Observatory! Extraordinary!
